The Brooke’s Blooms team has proudly completed another standout project — this time at St Aidan’s College in Brisbane — in partnership with the talented team at Farrer Constructions. What was once a blank canvas has now been transformed into a vibrant, welcoming landscape that perfectly complements the prestige and spirit of this respected school.
Throughout the build, Brooke’s Blooms worked carefully to deliver a space that balances beauty, functionality, and longevity. The project included the installation of a comprehensive subsurface drainage system to ensure the grounds remain healthy and low-maintenance year-round. Mature ex-ground trees were craned into place, instantly creating shade and structure, while layers of lush planting bring softness and colour to the space.

An expansive open turf area now forms the heart of the landscape — a place for students to gather, play, and unwind between classes. Framed by thoughtfully positioned garden beds, the new green space feels open yet connected, creating a sense of calm and cohesion within the school grounds.

From concept to completion, this project reflects Brooke’s Blooms’ commitment to crafting outdoor spaces that feel both inviting and enduring. The collaboration with Farrer Constructions ensured every detail, from drainage to planting design, was executed to the highest standard.

As the team wraps up their time on site, they leave behind a landscape that not only enhances the school’s visual appeal but also enriches the daily experience of its students and staff. St Aidan’s College now enjoys a refreshed outdoor environment — a perfect start to 2025 and a lasting investment in the school’s community and surroundings.
