To complete the landscape for a striking Mermaid Beach residence designed by Jayson Pate Design and built by Burleigh Constructions. To protect the presentation of a luxury beachfront property in Mermaid Beach with a garden exposed to coastal conditions. The landscape needed stronger plant resilience, improved lawn consistency and a higher level of detail to maintain an immaculate resort-style feel year-round.
Brooke’s Blooms introduced a detailed coastal garden and lawn maintenance programme, including fertilising, yearly lawn rejuvenation, preventative lawn grub treatments, irrigation monitoring, six-monthly mulching and selective pruning. Unsuitable plants were replaced with hardier coastal selections, supported by decorative stone, premium mulch, structured hedging and architectural planting to strengthen the property’s luxury presentation.
A high-end coastal landscape that completes the home with polish, balance and craftsmanship. Paradise Palms now feels resolved, refined and connected to its Mermaid Beach setting, with outdoor spaces that strengthen the overall architectural experience. A fuller, healthier and more resilient coastal garden with improved lawn colour, density and consistency. The property now maintains a refined resort-style appearance, with outdoor entertaining areas that feel private, tropical and visually impressive year-round.
