To restore and maintain the grounds of a busy student college in St Lucia where the gardens had become overgrown, weed-prone and difficult to manage. The property needed healthier lawns, stronger plant nutrition and more considered planting to create an inviting, high-quality outdoor environment.
Brooke’s Blooms introduced a structured commercial garden maintenance programme focused on restoring plant health, improving soil quality and lifting the overall presentation of the college grounds. Overgrown areas were thinned, weeds and debris were removed and new shade and sun-tolerant plants were added to bare garden beds. Irrigation repairs, slow-release fertiliser, mulch, pebble detailing, pesticide treatments and a water feature helped create a healthier, more balanced landscape.
The grounds became greener, healthier and more inviting for students and visitors. Garden areas looked more polished and high-end, with improved lawn quality, better plant performance, increased wildlife activity and more students choosing to use the outdoor spaces.
