To transform The Verandah at The Gabba into a lush, high-energy space that celebrated Brooke’s Blooms’ partnership with the Brisbane Lions. The project needed to merge sport, hospitality, public activation and greenery in a way that felt vibrant, memorable and game-day ready.
Brooke’s Blooms created a branded green space using lush foliage, vibrant planting and bold visual storytelling. The Verandah was designed to bring footy and nature together, giving Lions fans a more atmospheric place to gather. The 2025 update introduced a Brisbane Lions Premiership mural celebrating key players and the club’s premiership victory, adding legacy, energy and local pride to the space.
A standout public activation that connects Brooke’s Blooms with the Brisbane Lions community in a highly visible way. The Verandah now feels green, energetic and unmistakably Brisbane, creating a richer fan experience while showcasing the team’s ability to create and care for beautiful gardens in unexpected places.
