What a day! The entire Brooke’s Blooms team hit the ground running - and sliding, climbing, and crawling - at our annual team day at the RAW Challenge on the Gold Coast, and it was nothing short of epic.
From start to finish, this wasn’t just a physical challenge - it was a celebration of everything that makes our team special: grit, laughs, and unstoppable team spirit.
The Ultimate Obstacle Course
We braved:
Mud pits deep enough to lose a boot in
Monkey bars that tested every ounce of upper body strength
Steep climbs and slippery slopes that had us digging deep and cheering each other on
And more than a few unexpected slips, splashes, and belly laughs along the way
Whether leading the charge or lending a hand, every team member showed up 100% - proving that at Brooke’s Blooms, it’s not just about crossing the finish line, but how we get there: together.
At Brooke’s Blooms, team culture is everything. The way we show up for each other on-site, in the office, and out in the mud says everything about who we are. Days like this remind us of the power of support, encouragement, and shared achievement. When we lift each other up - literally and figuratively - amazing things happen.
