This week at Brooke’s Blooms, we came together for one of our most meaningful annual traditions - our whole team meeting in support of FightNMD and the incredible Big Freeze campaign.

It’s more than just wearing a beanie. It’s about showing up, standing together, and supporting a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts.

Every year, we proudly hand out Big Freeze beanies to our team - a small but powerful symbol of our ongoing commitment to help beat the beast that is Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
This year marked over 10 years of continuous support from Brooke’s Blooms, and it’s something we are genuinely proud of. Our business may be built on gardens, but it’s grown on people and this initiative is one of the ways we honour that.

We were lucky enough to be joined by Jasper and Brandon from the Brisbane Lions, who spoke openly and honestly about the importance of backing the fight and standing together as a community.
Their presence and stories reminded us why this cause matters so deeply - and why conversation, connection, and compassion can make a lasting impact. It was a truly inspiring moment that left the entire team feeling motivated and united.

At Brooke’s Blooms, we believe in using our platform, our people, and our voice to stand behind causes that drive real change. Supporting the Big Freeze isn’t just a yearly event - it’s part of who we are.

To everyone who’s part of the MND fight - we see you, we support you, and we’ll keep showing up.
